Relief pitcher rest query

I know the rules for resting starters.
Are there any rules for resting relief pitchers? Is there anything which prevents the same RP from being used each game (besides HAL gone wild)?

Yeah, the computer will try to rest a reliever who has been overused in the last 1-3 days, and if you make that impossible for the computer to do and it's forced to keep sending the guy out there every day, his pitching will start becoming impaired, until he gets sufficient rest.

In other words, will HAL penalize you if you use the the "conservative" tab on relief usage and/or check the "slow hook" box on the starting pitcher?

Well, by definition, the slow hook/conservative bullpen is sometimes going to leave a starter in the game who, under a different strategy, would be yanked. So logically, you should only use those settings if you think a starter who is pushing it in terms of how much he can pitch in one game, is still going to be better than the bullpen alternative. It's not, however, going to matter how much the starter was used in previous games.

I didn't ask what I wanted to ask. I meant penalized in his next start as in becoming tired quicker?

No, He will always start the next game at full rest even if he pitched 11 innings in his previous start.
