Mark just made his pick, Al is up -- and hopefully not in commuting mode.

Beat Meat in posting my own pick by a minute.

I've proxied you my next round pick Meat in case I need to catch my train before it is back to me.

Now that I've completed my rotation - Carmona, Sabathia, Harang, Buehrle - I'll post my standard warning about the lack of good starting pitching out there.

Even if four-man rotations are used as much as possible, somebody is going to be starting someone priced $2.55 or lower. Aaron Laffey (S5, 4.56 ERA, 1.34 WHIP) is a $2.55 pitcher. Don't make yourself the Laffey-stock of the league! Draft starters now!

...And, of course, leave me the position players that I still need.

Following up on Al's note, here's the count on pitchers taken so far:

JamesGang77 -- 0 starters / 0 relievers

Meat -- 3 / 0

Calbatross - 0 / 2

BED - 0 / 0

Durantjerry - 5 / 0

Jason Clinkscales - 2 / 0

Terry 101 - 2 / 0

Turtle - 1 / 0

Mark - 2 / 0

Al - 4 / 0

Curt - 2 / 1

Tom - 3 / 0

Al and Durantjerry have finished their starting rotations. Only three relievers have been taken; my team is the only one with starters and relievers to this point. SGT D (BED) and JamesGang77 (wasn't that the year they broke up?) have no pitchers yet.

I respectfully disagree with Al -- there are still a few good starters out there. But, if you want a four-man rotation, odds are that ship has sailed for most of us.

pitching? we don't need no stinkin pitching :D... Jamesgang77 came about because of my son being named James and me liking the number 7 (won a fantasy baseball league about 16 years ago when i first used the Jamesgang handle)...i love music but really don't know much about Jamesgang the band...
