Double-007 League CHAT THREAD

Before I could enter a first pick, I got the dreaded "mod_python" error on the www.somdraft.com site.

So, I've set up the league with the new IDs for everybody, but haven't loaded any picks yet.

At this point, I think we should just press on through here. There's not that much more to go, and not all of us have used the draft site before.

As it is, I'm thinking a week from Monday is the better start so Jason can get a better idea of how the game works; I'm feeling bad that I've done such a lousy job tutoring him after inviting him to play.

I would say best to stay here and wrap things up. We're picking up some speed, so we could be finished by the end of the weekend.

I'll be in the office from 8:00 AM to about 5:30 PM today (I have a live draft for a Fantasy league at 4:30!); available for proxies.

That Varitek pick stung. Now we're down into the truly mediocre catchers. Not sure I want to spend a pick at this point being reactive instead of proactive.

well....I was kinda hoping he'd show up and change his mind since I wanted Marmol, but if he didn't take him this round, he'd take him on the flip. btw turtle, running VERY low on proxies. seems you like alot of the guyz alot of the rest of us like too.....

I wanted Marmol as well, so if Turtle hadn't taken him there, he wouldn't have been around on the flip.

Understand what Tom means about catchers -- but there still some okay guys left.

Mark is on the clock. I have an round 11 proxy for Al; don't know if he's out of his office or what.
