sounds Interesting. I just need a clarificatin on the roster and free agent pool. Since we have 36 picks and 25 active spots, the remaining 11 will be in the free agent pool. So if a player get injured for 15 games and you want to call somebody up, does this mean that you will be subject to the 10% penalty fee.

luckeroll, Im pretty sure you would. Being its a 200 million dollar league and there is no way to get the salary that high, it wont matter.
