proxies are a good tool. however, depending on how the draft is going, proxies can get in the way of good drafting sometimes. i know a few times i set proxies, but when i checked in to see what was going on, i had to change them due to a run on certain positions.

although i'd like to get to my next pick as quickly as possible, i can understand why some guys might actually want to make the best possible pick for his team at that time.

with all of that said, i guess i should have just set up proxies for the entire draft. this may be my worst draft in any fantasy type league i've ever had.

HOWEVER... if there are only two or three picks before you, i don't see any reason why you can't be prepared :?

God I hate the Braves

Mets lose 3-1

Smoltz and the pen shut down the Mets!!!

Delgado doubled up off of first by a strong D play by Kotsay.... keeps the Mets down.

Go Bravos!

Note about the spread sheet

Postby Ninersphan » Mon Apr 07, 2008 8:10 am

The positional tab of the spread sheet has the players listed by the position I feel they are most likely to play this year or by the first position listed on the players card if I'm not sure where you may play them. A lot of that is obviously subjective. Maybe you want to play Bonds' 5 rating in lf and not as a DH, that's fine. It's not meant to be a concrete testament as to where you have to play your guys. What you will find though, is that, it is a great way to see who is on each team and what their various depth charts are. It really helps in making trades and keeping track of needs for the drafts.

I'll update it at the end of the draft and send it out agian after the draft and once more after the prospect draft.

Anyway, [b:479073129f]Braycon [/b:479073129f]is up.

Clock starts at 10am
