Ah...no I don't understand. And I think you need to check on that majority count...I see 4 guys who said yes for sure and 2 that didn't....I see several that were on the fence and would go either way and at least 1 that didn't vote at all. I made my "strong objection" last night and it was seconded and that made no differfence so why apoligize now. In the long run of the league it may not make a difference...but it is the principle of the matter. I do know that if i was picking 1st in round 5 originally and lost that spot and the STL bullpen that went with it I'd be pissed.

IMO(for what it is worth)...if the rules are going to be changed in the middle of the game it should be by unanimous vote....not majority.

I'm still gonna play but I gotta agree with splinter here. Randomizing is OK, but it would have been nice to know this up front AND it should have been unanimous.

What is the free agency penalty going to be? Is it going to be turned off?

you cant turn off the free agency penalty can you? just for live drafts where there is no salary for players. This kind of format should stimulate trading.

It seems Madigan picked Was P before I picked, but wasnt taking them anyway, that would make it Frank's Pick.....btw the 4 yes votes were for reversing the order for round 5 but several others like the randomizer idea. Sometimes when there is an unfair rule, it is not realized until it is upon you as this was. In this case, nobody really thought about it at the beginning of the draft so unfortunately the change had to be made at the end. It does makes sense though, bc in previous live drafts I have participated in, I remeber it always being an even number of rounds.
