have I missed or do we know if the RP round is RP only or any pitcher rated RP?

An RP is any pitcher that can relieve.

Man, I thought Ruth would slip down to me. I thought Dave was taking Cobb and no way Sam could fit Ruth under the cap. Oh well.

Round 9 will be the extra pitcher cateory, either reliever or starter.

Are we stalled in round 7 and are we on a clock?
