This is just my second team of the new season, but since my first tanked in a very big way looking for a sanity check.

It's still early but down with a 5-10 record already. I know I'm taking a risk with the pitching but so far that hasn't been the problem. I put a lot of money into the offense and am getting zero out of it. Looking for some advice on the makeup of the team and where I might have gone wrong.

I'm in Turner and the rest of the div is cell, kauffman, and dolphins. SP's in the division are primarily RH and only 3 are balanced against lefties.

Offense looks OK to me, except that maybe Griffey doen't belong there.

Posada has been great for me in Turner...he should come around.

thanks for the input so far. Not getting any better. A .228 BA for this offense just seems way out of whack.

Sometimes it just comes down to bad luck, even if you put together a great team. It looks like you have rebounded some! Good luck and hang in there, things can turn around in a hurry!

Thanks, yes, things are looking up this weekend and posada seems to have found what to do with a bat. Got as long way to go yet.

Looking less crazy all the time. The team just moved into first place, and posada is hitting .320. 8-)

......which is why I put him on a team I am drafting now. Then I looked at his numbers from a team that had him (dropped after 145 AB's) in another league I am in:

BA - .138
OBP - .243
SLG - .159

Unluckiest streak of rolls ever?
