A player with [b:9e2e63f8a0]NO MLB service time [size=18:9e2e63f8a0]prior[/size:9e2e63f8a0] to the start of the 2008 MLB season,[/b:9e2e63f8a0] that is currently in the system of an MLB franchise.

This means Fukodome is eligible, and Ellsbury isn't. Nor are college players.

So yes Cueto[b:9e2e63f8a0] is [/b:9e2e63f8a0]elligible. but Manny Parra another hot starting rookie, is [b:9e2e63f8a0]NOT[/b:9e2e63f8a0] because he played last year.

I've been in touch with klx22 via e-mail, he has very limited acces, ( e-mail only perhaps) he just sent me Price as a pick :shock: . So I sent him back the list of who is gone, if he flubs again, we'll skip him and get rolling. He can make it up when he has better access.
