Mack is gone....as are the 1B backups you mentioned, with the exception of Johnson..but i am hesitant to invest $$ in a backup even more prone to injury than my starter, unless it is a catcher.... :)

Mike,

Here's an idea that will get yourself a couple of sheckels.

Drop J. Molina for B. Molina. (if available)

1. Better balance being a 1R vs. a 6L
2. Higher injury rating with Benji, could mean more time for Mauer?

Is Kerry Robinson available? He'll give you good D, a good bat and speed.
(He's also cheap)
I'd like to see more slugging on this team. Preferably a RH bat. (Quinlan or Saenz)

If that bat is nowhere to be found, an effective combo that I used (Big Lebowski's) was LuGo and Mark Sweeney. Both lefty bats, good slugging.

Oh geez...bigmahon agreed with me? Is it a cold day in HELL?

3 guys mentioned in this thread Belliard, LuGo, and Rob Mack.... gee I wonder who's team they are on?

I hate having a Shea team in my division... makes me do things I don't normally like to do.

hey Novie!

I see you did the same thing as me...when the league we tried to get into was full, we both ended up in an autoleague together!

Good luck to you.... :)
