1 - All teams can protect 8 Players worth up to $60m

2 - 8 Round FA Draft for Season I 2008 will be based on cumulatve W/L record in 2006, with overall RS/RA as tiebreaker. Season II 2008 FA Draft order will be based on W/L record of Season I, with RS/RA as tiebreaker.

3 - Multiple stadia will be allowed

1 - Draft Clock will be 3 Hours running from 10am-12midnight Eastern 7 days a week, except for Canadian & American Holidays.
1a - There will be no draft clock for Round I of Drafts until otherwise stated.

2 - Division assignments will be by choice for the 1st Season (pick your own division), then majority vote will determine division alignment for the 2nd season.

4 - Season I will be DH while Season II will be NO DH.

5 - Salary cap will be 100m.

6 - League will be "Advanced" - earning Champion 50 Points for Manager Ratings

7 - League will use Waivers. All Live Drafted Picks should be put at the BOTTOM of your draft card with autodraft selections at the TOP.
