This beats the current record of 45 runs by 2. 37-10 blowout....nearly tied high game for 1 team....

It also smashes the current single-gm record of 35 hits by a team, logging 41...Giles & Drew tie the record for runs in a game with 7...also Ward ties for hits in a gm with 7....

Also is a record for doubles by both teams with 13, hits by both teams with 54,

An unfortunate 3 1/3 innings of 12 walk pitching by Bruney topped a combined 23 walk total in a nine-inning game. He followed up this performance by giving up 9 walks in the following game. This topps the previous record of 18.
