Everyone seems to be posting everything in the Baseball Online section and nothing in the strategy thread. Consequently it is hard to know where to look for stuff. I hope someone sorts it out soon and makes it look better.

nobody used that strategy section all that much over there anyway. And, people generally keep the subjects together, questions for 200X games in the general thread, ATG questions in the ATG section, and BTT80's advise, in the 80s section.

It was asked earlier if we needed the strategy section on the old thread, well, on the old thread, we did because of the older content.

However, we don't need the strategy thread in the new forum......

In my opinion

I'm not so sure we don't need the strategy thread over here. I found it extremely useful, especially concerning the finer points of the game and line ups, basic strategy and so on. Don't forget that a new player needs specific help with the game and the strategy thread I found was the best place for this advice.

Agree with all your points, however, unless they can merge the threads from the old MB to the new MB, the newest of the newbies will have a hard time getting the vets to repeat themselves.....

Basically, we are thinking the on the same lines, but, being here forever, I am almost certain that people will use genre-specific areas for such questions.

I am afraid that the strategy section will go by the way of the dinos....

So true, this show AGAIN how TSN does not understand their customers. TSN is a magazine company and not very good at being an online entity :(
