I am new to SOM online. I was introduced to it by my wifes uncle who is a long time player. I had a problem with a live draft and team. I wrote 5 emails within 24 to customer support using their special form. I have not receive even an acknowledgement that they are looking into the problem.
I have received an email from them regarding a league that was canceled so there is no problem with my email address or it being blocked.
Is this normal for the customer support to not responsd to numerous emails ? Is it because I am "new" ?
