Royals dance again for winning the 13 run pool![/size:6530e4ad89]

<img src="http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/images/baseball/stratomatic/1986/story_photos/kc_world_series_150x209.jpg " align="left" border="1" width="150" height="224" style="margin: 0px 10px;" /> In a season where they are too far out to catch the division leading Angels, the Royals hammered the Mariners again, 13-3. The win last night gave George Brett the victory in the 13 run MLBPA office pool! Brett has sat out the series due to hair transplants and expects to be back in action b y Tuesday.

[b:6530e4ad89]In another 13 run game...[/b:6530e4ad89] The AL East belongs entirely to Detroit again as the Tigers spanked the Yankees, 13-3 on Saturday. Much of the offense was provided by Kirk Gibson who smacked 2 home runs. In a bizarre injury after his second homer, he went to the locker room to relieve himself before taking the field for the top of the 6th and had an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction. He was replaced in RF by Darnel Coles but Kirk should be back in time for the series finale tonight.

[b:6530e4ad89]NL EAST UPDATE...[/b:6530e4ad89] Fat Lady fans are upset that the tour has been cancelled, but cheesesteak fans are rioting in the city as Phillies defeated the Mets, 6-5 and are now [b:6530e4ad89]just 1 game back[/b:6530e4ad89] of the Mets and Cardinals. Ron Reynolds hit a homer in the top of the 11th for the win.

The Red Birds have done nothing to stop the Phanatic onsluaght as the Cardinals rolled over and died against the Expos, 11-1.

[b:6530e4ad89]NL WEST UPDATE...[/b:6530e4ad89] Revenge was fairly sweet for the Padres as San Diego got the better of Houston, 14-10. The West now has only 4 games seperating the two contenders.
