So who ever gets Snow gets to add a Twins player as long as ERA is 4.00 or higher if a pitcher. Does that pick come before waivers, after waivers, durning waivers. Since noone else can claim a Twins player. Just wondering.

Good question Andrew. I'm going to say that the JT Snow winner doesn't have to use the waivers to pick up his Twins player. The Twins player is totally optional and can be picked up whenever the owner wants.
