Carlos Marmol

Markakis

Postby BeltranFebles » Fri May 02, 2008 3:17 pm

Rickey Henderson (my manager) flipped over the buffet table but it still didn't help as the team dropped 2 of 3 to fall to .500. Markakis and Hanley Ramirez are still struggling with .249 avg. and obp's south of .300. Hanley's card is woth waiting for, I am not sure Markakis' is.

There are a couple of nice RF options out there -- Hunter Pence and Matt Kemp. Hamilton is out there too.

I know what you are all saying about the luck of the rolls but a case could be made for Pence or Kemp over Markakis.

Thoughts?

There are only 19 carded players that have at least 35 OB units and 45 TB units on both sides of their cards.

Pence and Kemp do.

Markakis does not.

You have the 15 game risk with Kemp and Pence plus Pence's arm is a +1. (Not the best for RF, but acceptable)

Markakis gives you good D, and can only go down for 3 games.
