Waiver Draft

If I drop the players in the proper order even though I have .45 before a draft should I have the amount gathered from my other waiver claims by the time my last claim is made? I usually don't do anything but have to this time and am not sure how it works. Thanks :?:

Your balance is corrected with each player you claim. If you start with .45 and your first move is to claim a .95 player while cutting a .5 player you balance will be 0 prior to your next claim.
