A Proposal for the 1986 Manager Ratings

I had 18 teams. 9 made playoffs, and two more are finishing and will make the playoffs. 4 of my 5 "counted" teams made the playoffs, but none of those took the ring. 2 of my non- counted teams won the finals.

On the flip side, 5 of my non- counted teams were dogs. Thats my 86 experience. Now to the point of this post.........[b:7143a793a8]make all the 86 teams count.[/b:7143a793a8] Not having one's teams count in the ratings really leaves a sour taste.
