Hassey

Postby DanWeirdo » Sat Jan 21, 2006 8:41 pm

Looking at Hassey's card, he has 3 yrs with CLE, 1 with the Yankees, 1 with the Sox...and the Yanks year comes before the Sox year, so I figured he'd be the Yanks if they wanted him. I'd have no problem taking him, but I'm not sure I have the rights.

Rules Clarification

Postby beckjor » Sun Jan 22, 2006 2:43 am

Seems to me that picking the ballparks was an important part of the process. Having the ballpark come from the city makes it easy. This is clear in the rules listing. Why stray from that?

Let's get everyone's team written on the list and then we can nail down the divisions. Let's quit guessing.

Bekjor,
you're right it is pretty easy. The problem comes when you enter the "human factor", and dummies like me who jumped the gun, and entered/named my team without going back and completely researching the rules.

I apologize for adding a level of confusion to the process here. It certainly wasn't intentional. My team is already named (SF Blue Jays), already entered in the league in the east, and playing in Exhibition/Toronto, so I can't change any of these factors.

Again, I'm sorry to all for making this more complicated.

jablowmi has the password to keep the east moving (he's playing in Fenway). Once the fourth east team is established, he can send the password to the fourth, and the fourth can send it to central.

good luck all.

Sean

I guess we'll need to see where the other teams are before deciding if I'm in the central or the west.

And roofinghorse: thanks for letting me draft Salas; my team is all set now.
