Having the 4 at 2nd base isn't going to help matters. Would prefer a stronger set-up pitcher slanted to the right side than what you have. Having a 4 in RF won't help the pitching either. Hitting wise, you'll be competitive, just a few issues in the defense/pitching side is what is lacking. I have a difficult time playing a 3 at 2nd myself, let alone a 4. The team has some questions, but not a horrible job overall.
