Nothing like that that I have noticed, only wish Corpas would have been even somewhat similarly effective for me!

Don't remember the exact number of innings before he gave up the one and only run for the season, but it was approaching 30 IP. I wanted to note it on league message board, but feared the jinx.
Below are the numbers for the complete season.

Not quite the same topic, but in a '69 league I'm currently competing in, Sam McDowell (not on my team) has won all of his first eleven starts.
