1969 season, $25M, no DH, auto draft
Everyone knows what Jimmy Wynn and Dick Allen can do! But true strategy and managerial skills involves identifying and managing the sleepers. The one-million dollar players who out perform their salaires. How about a league with a 25M salary cap. Let's see what Brant Alyea or Bobby Etheridge could do if given the chance to play everyday.

It is a $25M dollar cap per team, so you could take Wayne Comer, and a bunch of half million dollar guys, whatever strategy you think best.
