[quote:bd340f28a0="Cubit"][quote:bd340f28a0="kaviksdad"]Update - We will not be having a 3rd season in 2008, per owners vote. I will be sending out an updated roster sheet shortly. The supplemental draft is tentatively scheduled to begin Monday June 16th. All roster drops must be posted no later than Sunday, June 15th.

Wow that was a quick vote! I only just found the thread after the weekend, we've already had 2 votes for, none against, and now it is decided?

Sounds like the apportionment of the Michigan delegates by the DNC. :?[/quote:bd340f28a0]

For the record, my vote would be nay as well.

He pounded my bullpen into submission in gms 3 & 4. I had late leads in both games but could not contain that offense. Nice job my friend!

Also, on drops/trades - I don't think I will contend well in a div with Hawk & Sandy, so I will be looking to deal Tike Redman, Moises Alou, A Otsuka and any other players on my squad who have good this-year value. Just looking for supp or prospect picks. LMK.

Drops as it stands:
Mark Buerhle
Mike Lamb
possibly 1 more

When I went back and looked at the 9 games we played together in the regular season (which you dominated) I noticed I never was at full strength offensively (due to injuries) so I was hoping for more success here in the post-season. Fortunately I got it.

Congrats on guiding your squad to a divisional championship. I think that was fine job of managing.

Now, GO SMOKEY!!!!!

Bastard  .Now that smokey beat my 21 game winner(Garland) I am torn between starting Beckett(who got bombed in game 1) or Lincecum who I have more confidence in than I do Beckett. :? :?.I guess whichever way I go I can always max 5 innings either one and hope HAL uses Marmol and Betancourt effectively  .Damn game 5's :x

Argh. I lost my best player, Upton for the rest of the post season. Regardless of the injury, I love my chances in a best of one with a vastly superior team.

Congrats to Sandy for Making the finals. Good luck to Benjamin Franklin Pierce in tonights tilt.

BAH Humbug, enough of this playoff talk

( In my best Jim Mora Voice "Playoffs!?!? Playoffs?!?!)

Just post your drops and lets get the supp and prospect drafts going.  :P

In all seriousness congrats to the 4 playoff teams and to sandy for making the finals. Good luck to smokey and hawk in their game 5 tilt.

BTW I'm in desperate need of a 1b and 3b for next [b:8090683ced]year[/b:8090683ced]and beyond.

My options now:

1b
Hatteberg- cut
Barton, stinking up the joint
Garko- Mediocre at the moment

Encarnacion- BLECH
Stewart - I have my fingers crossed he'll stick

so if you have one you are willing to move, look over my roster and make me an offer.

Niners..... I MAY be interest in dealing Howard... I have to think about him and his 212 k's this year and maybe 300k's next year. Still thinking about him.

Also..... who are eligible in the non-prospect draft. I cannot find the requirements.

Thanks

Any player that has MLB experience [b:0167fded14]PRIOR[/b:0167fded14] to this season is eligible for the supplemental draft.

You [b:0167fded14]cannot[/b:0167fded14] draft any player that is playing this year in the majors for the first time, like Kosuke Fukudome or Freddy Dolsi.
