I've assigned Paul Maine (it used to be part of Massachusetts, after all). I actually don't think Massachusetts is a pick three state, so we'll go with the first three digits of the evening numbers.

In case any state has two pick three games and it is not specified, we'll go with the evening one.

So we'll go with Friday's numbers and get the draft site going this weekend.

** Not glad I chose Maine for Paul since it seems to share a lottery with New Hampshire.

My boneheaded mistake, so I am going to make an executive decision and go ahead and award the 5th pick to Meat. Since Paul didn't get his own state pick in, it seems fair to put him in the middle of the pack.
