There are two Shea in my division and 4 Petco in the league:

All I would suggest is that if it were my time is that I would be worried about having no LHP. I know Wise is a reverse RHP but all the others are better vs RHB. I would imagine that you will need some lefties for out of Wrigley.

Hey Cslip,

Acouple of things stand out immediately:

1) with 2 Shea teams in your division, you do need some LH SP's. I've had pretty good success with Wrigley/Fenway/Minute Maid type teams with the $1-$2 mil Sp's like Willis, Robertson, Rogers, Mulder, Halama, etc (even Capuano, Dubose, Halsey). Hate to just forfiet 24 games you'll be playing in Shea.

Westbrook, Livan and Webb look great, but if you cash in Wise for a trio of 3 of those LH Sp's and a cheap RH SP (Ortiz, Munro), you'll be able to cover your butt at home on a consistent basis (3 RH *SP's and a 4th RH SP) and still have some lefties to throw in Shea.

2) You have 8 RH bats, the best of whom are better vs. LHP. Can't imagine that against quality opponents, you're going to see much LHP. You look extremely succesptible to hard RHP'ers.

I'd look for 2 more Lefties who are OBP type guys (Overbay, Kotsay, Kennedy, Cora come to mind), a switch hitting OBP type hitter (Estrada available?), and a couple of RH hitters who hit RH pitching (Beltre is #1... but cheaper options would be Mohr, Clark, Bagwell, Wright, etc...).

Not bad...

Can you get Beltre instead of Rolen? Beltre is a [b:0f2252abd9]MONSTER[/b:0f2252abd9] in Wrigley!

Maybe upgrade Osuna....

Maybe Crosby instead of Clayton?

Wow... big upgrade of Osuna! :o

I was thinking more like Shields or Torres? Either would be adequate I'd think, and better suited than Osuna.

shhhhh.... forget you ehard about Torres.. just forget about him completely. Well now that i'ts out (almost always can get him in any league) he has been by far the best reliever for the money I have used this entire season. I try to get him on every team, he just pitches well, anywhere. If you can get him, do it.

Anyways, I like a lot of the changes. I actually havne't seen any good seasons from Guillen yet, though someone may prove me wrong. I just don't like that card that much.

also, try to trade in on of those hard lefties for a cheap hard righty please. you don't want those guys to ever pitch in your park.
