Mark has stabbed me twice in a row now for IF players, between Ojeda and DeRosa, both my NEXT PICKS that he snapped up. I am building a very, very fragile team. I'm playing reactively now, which I hate. Ugh.

with so few catcher left I decide to take Molina over a CF thinking there are 3-4 left I would take. Only to see all of them drafted before my next turn.

UG my defense is now going to be terrible due to this and the fact that I for got to Load Kaz Matsui above Escobar and ended up with a 3e27 at 2B

I have a very good Defense from Catcher and around the horn to RF and CF (Both have guns). My 4 pitchers should be good, now if I can do what Tom did and 200-250 Innings out of my 2 RP's I will be good. :D SGT D

I guess if I had all night to make pix, i'd stab you too...727 last night til nearly 8 this morning, and then weeeee....about fifteen pix in five minutes. then mark's turn again...2-1/2 hours later...we're moving again...cal made a live pick, and now its.................mark.

i could tell we made some progress, because first thing I check is my proxy list, and maddux was FINALLY gone. problem was, of the ten or so people I listed, only THREE were left! tom, you're one to talk...BOURN.
and akindian, if you were so sensitive about people not complaining about your weaselhood...you KILLED ME. TWICE! doumit, and most especially great american ballpark.

God, I'd forgotten how wretched these teams become after the first ten rounds or so. I keep trying to remind myself that the deep flaws I see on my team are emulated (though perhaps in a different way) on another team. This team should have been called Dr. Strange or something like that, because everybody will be spending a lot of time in the trainer's office.

As for Mark, I sent him an email poke before posting this note. He's totally doing the savant draft -- yesterday's picks were basically "Get me the highest price reliever yet" and "get me the highest priced 2B who can hit lefty or switch hit." Figure today was something similar. Yesterday he was on the road for a four-hour commute back and forth out of Kansas, as his proxies ran out, and it appears he's never caught up.
