Event 2, League 9 - Sign-up Thread

no one else has put in their opinion but i just wanted to get this thing drafted so there is time for a little tinkering with the team before opening day. jjbird was the first to join the league and still hasnt entered his team. i dont want to be pushy but that was a long time ago so i think he has had plenty of time.

My bad, I kept thinking live draft and have been waiting for info. Anyway, I can do a draft real quick but since it's a private league, what password do I use to load into the draft? Again, sorry for my lateness!

Hey guys,

I have my team ready. I was out of the country for work last week. I didn't have internet access where I was at. What do I need to do now it looks like its full. I know I'm a bit late but I was one of the original 12 to sign up. Let me know. I have an email into the Commish to see what I should do.

For future reference, it is always recommended to give a headsup if you're going to be without Internet access or travelling, that way the league you're in can make arrangements to fit you in.

Had we know I'm sure people would have waited for your return, but if you "disappear" for a week without any communication, no one will know whats up and most likely assume you're no longer interested.

The good news is that even if you miss Event #2 you're fine since I believe you only need to participate in 5 of the 6 events.

Meanwhile I am pleasantly surprised to find I got the trio I was hoping for. Ordonez, Pena & Ramirez. They should have enough TB Chances to hit in my park and their power will definitely come in useful on the road. :)

Well my big trio helped me make the playoffs - even if we sort of backed in ... but we're probably 1 & done due to our record vs. our semi final opponent!
