ive noticed a couple people have gone over the 3 hour clock time and it doesnt skip the pick. whats supposed to happen when the alotted time is surpassed?

The next person has to manually pick in order for the draft to keep moving. There is no method for their proxies to automatically kick in at the end of the time limit.
