I too fumed over that disclaimer last yr when I played in this format-I later got a message from the big cheeses that they don't pay any attention to that, to them it doesn't matter what st you live in, they will honor thier prize committment, what ever that is, wherever you happen to live.

When they first started this in 2001, I believe, they actually paid out cash prizes. I have a feeling that they just haven't changed their rules since going to the credits for prizes.

I mentioned that online poker is online gambling is against federal law. Do they prosecute players, generally? No--they want to prosecute the mob-tied folks who run the places--problem is most of it is offshore.
