Hitting wise, you really only overspent on Ott. In your park he is average, in the HR park, he is Excelent, in the two pitcher parks, he is a glorified Mike Schmidt (All defense and walks, thats it)
dont move Shoeless Joe
consider a platoon at catcher (Keep May as 1/2) use the platoon not as left/right, but as Dunn&Polo -VS- Forbes&Griffith (Consider Schalk)
Your middle infielders, while not flashy, are not park dependant, there BA's may be a lil low, but they are fine for your park/division
Covington is like May, will be fine in Dunn&Polo, but the other two parks will render him useless
That is a very tough division you have there, to build a team for. With only on pitcher park in division, I would say your fine, but those two in there are tough.
At the moment, you have not one pitcher (that you are going to use) that are balanced towards righty bats. Consider carrying just one, to spot start.
Bullpen wise, I like a Garber (or Beggs) W/ Fosnow & McKain for your park/division
