Thats as an accurate decription of HAL as any I've heard.
I will say that the more advanced settings that you tell HAL to use, the more reliable he can be. So long as you understand the advanced settings of course :wink: and don't use contradictory settings (ie quick hook & slow hook on the same pitcher or steal & don't steal). However HAL still tends to only take these as guidelines rather than absolutes.
