Well, I've pm'd teepack, but not heard back. In the past he's administered the random number generation. Should we just do it the old fashioned way and use pick 3 lottery numbers from tonight, with a view to starting Monday?

If this site doesn't have extensive proxies a la penngray's old version, I may be in trouble here over the weekend (moving). I'll probably need a new id too.

You just pick a state with a pick 3, I think there is a list of states with pick 3's in some forum.

The draft site we will be using [b:aa0a04b4f8]is[/b:aa0a04b4f8] penngray's old site. It is now being maintained by Major Deegan. Full proxy functionality still exists.

We'll wait a bit longer for teepack then.
