I am using him for the first time in a sub-$7 million league, in Ebbets, and just curious what I can expect from him. Anybody ever use him?

I've only used him twice, once in Sportsman's 46 and once in a pitchers' league with a 4 mill cap on hitters(I think).

Overall I've had very good results with him especially in a hitter's park, but have had a few sub-par seasons.
