Well if he is still in waivers then it really is tough to give advice....Keller or Yaz would be nice choices as well.
As an aside, how does Nev get first pick? Did he stack his team with bench players who always get picked so he could improve his waiver priority? I bet his core team is solid :D

It appears you've started so this advice is useful for your future knowledge.

Be careful on both Koufax and Drysdale. Ebbets Field is considered to be a Neutral Field while both pitchers are from Pitchers parks. My rule of thumb is pitchers from pitchers parks going to Neutral or Hitters parks have to be devalued and vice versa.

Both Koufax and Drysdale have proven this theorm correct. Koufax to a lessor degree. I love both of these pitchers but I would only use Big D in strictly pitching parks. Great for $less than $80M leagues.

Reduce your bullpen as others suggested.

Might improve 2B.

Reduce Koufax if he struggles and go for SP like Lolich, Kid Speer, DeMaree, Sutton, etc.
