Injury from pitcher card?

Is there a way for a batter to be injured from a dice roll on a pitchers card instead of a roll for the hitters card?

Curious minds want to know!

The only injury that can come from the pitcher's card is when the DH is batting and the roll is a 6/12 (all 6's) then the pitcher can become injured.
