Every live draft I have ever been involved with has been 18 rounds (incl drafting a stadium). Why oh why did they change it to 16 rounds this time? Seems very silly to me.

Tried to drop my 16th round pick in order to choose a stadium but got some cryptic message - it won't let me do it.

For the record, I want to drop Herges and choose Turner field.

Steve all you needed was someone to approve your drop. I did, so you can add stadium now.

I guess we wait until everyone has chosen a stadium and then we load up to autodraft the rest.

OK, what happened here? Some peeps forget to read the rules?? :P

No worries, we'll get it sorted. If you did forget to draft a ballpark, just make sure your drop is your current 16th pick. You don't get to pick and choose which of your draftees you want to drop.

Once we are set with all teams having proper draft cards, we can start loading teams into the East. I will need one manager from the East to volunteer to create the league and pm the password to the other East teams. [b:4588e1c9cb]stevep107[/b:4588e1c9cb], can you handle this please?

Yes, happy to set up the league once others have finalised their stadium choices.

Do we really need to PM the password? Why don't I just leave a message on this thread...I doubt whether anyone not in this league is going to "crash the party"...

We had just such a thing happen in my Round 2 league. Someone jumped into our league in the 12th spot, and Sykes got screwed. There were a few threads about it, and the general view is that passwords are the safest way to go. I know it's less convenient, but...

Who approves the drop? I also cannot drop a player to add a stadium.
