also possibly a record for longest injury that late in a game. Sucks for the guy that had Biggio get injured for 15 games in the 16th inning.

I played longer, but it was six years ago. 26 or 27 innings in 2001.

I like the fact that Olmedo, a 50-cent shortstop, saved the game with slick fielding in the bottom of the 14th after Wright booted one.

And has 2007's Buddy Carlyle ever before put together a string of six-plus scoreless innings? His SOM alter-ego must pray to be picked by a team that plays in RFK!

Yeah it sucks that Biggio got hurt for 15 games but it could have been much,much worse if it had been a star player. Biggio is not exactly a star player anymore.

Still that is an incredible game!
