I won a championship playing in Coors. As for pitching, I tried to use picthers without ballpark homers or ballpark singles on their cards, backed by a strong defense. Offensively, I tried to utilize players with raw OBP and raw power so that played decently on the road and were terrors at home. We led the league with 325 homers.[/quote:d6a4752379]

True scoring runs is easy, but the key is of course repeatedly scoring more runs that your opponents...then winning on the road. I've had decent luck at Petco...I think Coors produces more bad seasons that Petco.

Here is my latest Coors team. 356 bombs. 83 wins and a loss in the semi-finals. Anyone get close to 400 HRs?

Had best record in league but lost in the semi finals as the WC curse reared its ugly head again.

All 3 of my '03 championships were in Coors though.

Hey maybe that is why I haven't won a ring in '05 yet, not using Coors enough.

Still think it's fairly easy to win in Coors. Maybe I will try it out and see if I'm right.

I have tried two Coors teams, and 2 Petco teams. All 4 have sucked. All at about .440 To those that have had success in Coors, what is the winning formula.

I think everyone who wins in Coors gets the cheapest pitchers you can find and the most expensive and best hitters you can find. Other than that, I don't know the formula.
