Help from smallball experts! Keep Bowa, or cut SP for Oz?

Playing in Griffith, 80m cap league.
I currently have Bowa at SS, with Koenig as his backup. Defense and speed almost as good as the Wizard, and better vs LHs, but obviously Ozzie is much better vs RHs, and doesn't have Bowa's negative clutch. HOWEVER, to afford him, I would have to cut one of my SPs down. My staff currently is:
Alexander
Clemens
Pollett
Seaver
I have a cheap pen, with Taylor being my only guy over $1m, so I need my starters to go deep. I don't need Oz to leadoff vs RHs, as I have good speed/sb potential at other positions. Other position players are:
E. Collins
Chance
Meusel
Cochrane
D. Dimaggio
Gardner/Mcmullin platoon
S. Rice
Bowa
To afford the Wizard, I would need to drop Koenig, downgrade Collins to Fox, and then cut Seaver down to Holtzman, Buhl, Demaree or McGregor, OR a P. Dean and Speer split in the #4 SP slot.
SHOULD I DO IT?
Hate to lose Seaver, as he rocks for me in pitching parks, but the Wiz is so tempting. Your feed back needed ASAP! :)

I love the Oz man but would keep Bowa and your current pitchers.
