This is what I got. I used the 3 number lottery that WASN'T the mid-day

1) BobSchwartz - GA =056
2) Warrenbob52- Michigan =186
3) NYMets99 - New Jersey =470
4) errormagnate -Virginia =339
5) fluffyman64- Az =753
6) CF 17 - TX =576
7) Ado_Jake - ( WI) =748
8) rosenthm - ( MO) =959
9) modmark - ( NH -TRI STATE) =577
10)krebele - NY =442
11)daly6599 - (CT) =521
12)rube - IL =518

Based on this the draft order should be...
1) Rosenthm
2) Fluffyman
3)Ado_Jake
4)MOdmark
5)CF 17
6)daly6599
7)rube
8)NYMets99
9)krebele
10)errormagnate
11)Warrenbob52
12)BobSchwartz

That siad, before beginning we may want to split the Yanks into pre war and post war.
I was looking at their rosters and they look crazy strong, but I'm fine with leaving them as a power house if need be.

Guys, I am still a little fuzzy on the FA draft discussion/set up. I am fine with drafting FA's in reverse order of the franchise draft, but each team drafting ALL of their FA's before the next team goes could take some time (if I am understanding that correctly, even). What about just allowing each owner, in reverse order of the franchise draft, to draft a PAIR of FA's at once, giving every owner all of their franchise players + 2 FA's, prior to the auto draft? This still helps out the owners drafting towards the bottom, but allows things to move along. With the new giant pool of players in ATG4, there should still be plenty of FA's for every one to pick over, post AD, to their hearts content and at their leisure, IMO. Also, how are divisions determined? I suggest making it franchise picks 1-4 the East, 5-8 the Central and 9-12 the West. In any event, it looks like [b:56862b28d5]Marge[/b:56862b28d5] can start us off whenever she is ready! :)

Thought

Postby centerfielder17 » Sat Jul 26, 2008 5:33 am

How about an 'A' league with the 12 toughest franchises and a 'b' league with the 12 weakest?

We could use the result of the first draft to set leagues, or take a vote before drafting (have each of us rank franchises?).

I assume you mean eligible FA's. if so, I'm OK with this.

I say lets take our time with this first league and try to sort this stuff out. We just started a bijillion teams to finish up ATG3 anyway...
