Babe, Pete, Smallball, and the most confusing batting order

OK folks, I have put together a team that has me puzzled. It one of those smallball teams where everyone starts looking alike. I would love some advice on how you would bat them. For reference, the other parks in my division are: Yankee 27, Comiskey 19, and Royals 80. Oh, and talk about a nightmare division. Charlie (gkhd), Munich, and Nev. I should be in for a mess.

Anyway, here was my first crack at lineups:

vLHP
Steinfeldt - 3B
Pesky - SS
Clemente - RF
Bing Miller - LF
Snodgrass - CF
Luderus - 1B
Mazeroski - 2B
Schalk - C

vRHP
Snodgrass - CF
Pesky - SS
Clemente - RF
Bing Miller - LF
Steinfeldt - 3B
Luderus - 1B
Whitaker - 2B
Schalk - C[/url]

vs righties
Snodgrass
Pesky
Bing Miller
Steinfeldt
Luderus
Whitaker
Clemente
Schalk

vs lefties
Snodgrass
Pesky
Clemente
Steinfeldt
Bing Miller
Luderus
Maz
Schalk

I would bat your team this way. Steinfeldt needs to be your cleanup hitter not leadoff man. Snodgrass gets many walks best way to utilize is in leadoff.

Charlie,

You are such a gentleman. I tip my cap to you. Thanks for your (ongoing) advice. Good luck during this Barnstormers. I can only hope to give you and the rest of the division a decent challenge.
