I have been busy.

I have been working at the Swimming venue which has been hot (and LIVE).

The final of the 4x100 Meter Relay was simply awesome.

Well, you probably wouldn't have envied me last night when a tape machine acted funky and the audio went a little wacky. I got reamed for it by the Producer even though it was out of my control.

As far as the smog, it is pretty bad, but no worse than LA on a bad day. It by NO MEANS detracts from the overwhelming hospitality of the Chinese people and the true sense of belonging we all feel being here. It has truly been an awesome experience.

Especially when I was sitting on the Great Wall looking down. Awesome.

Next week I hope to get a couple of hours to visit the Forbidden City.
