yes. Watts stated he didn't care what happened with the vote so yes it's official. He now owns your 2009 3rd round supplemenatl pick which he may or may not be able to use.

Our old league is not on my current active leagues so I don't see when messages are there. It also has no time stamp and it doesn't save my replies.
