In addition to the 25 man roster, everyone needs to pick a stadium (which will be unique). Other than that, speak up if there are any questions. I'm excited. This should be fun.

The 12 Season concept is very simple. If you have the first pick, [b:08a973efef]you select your entire 25 player roster—10 pitchers and 15 hitters[/b:08a973efef]. The manager with the next pick then drafts his team in its entirety and so on. Everybody gets a chance to pick first, everybody gets a chance to pick last, and everybody gets a chance for every pick in between. Free Agency is open and you can trade players—not draft position. No DH. We’ll use penngray’s site to draft.

This will be the draft order. League one will be based on the order you signup.

I'd like to mention that on Penn's site you can skip your last 2 picks for a roster total of 23. Then drop a player for the needed $ to fill out draft card of usual 25, then pick that player back up after draft has run as you will have the rights to him.

That's a good thought, but it's too complicated in practice.

Everyone needs to draft 25 players (10 pitchers and 15 hitters) on Penn's site and those are the players on your draft cards. You can adjust your roster after the draft via trade or free agency.

Are we picking unique stadiums? Regardless, when does stadium selection take place? Is stadium selection disclosed prior to other teams drafting? Are divisions based on draft order?

Stadiums are unique. I have selected Griffith and no one else will be able to select Griffith. The only disclosure occurs when you select your team.

The divisions will be based on the standard 1,4,7,10, etc.

How long will we have to post our team once it is our turn in the draft? I have some ideas for a team but depending on who is still available when it gets to me, it could take longer than an hour or two to come up with my team.

Really, you take as long as you need.

I think we'd be doing well if no one exceeded 24 hours to select their team.

Typically, these drafts can take a week or two.

Should have asked this before but, how often will we be starting a new season? I don't think it has been stated for certain yet. Is it going to be one season at a time, or will we be starting a new season each month (about halfway through the previous season)?

No more than two seasons will be going at a time. We'll probably start the second draft about midway through season one and then the third draft at the end of season one.
