OK, they don't use the same lotto numbers, as each has a different pick 4 number for Thursday. Missouri wins the tiebreaker, with a pick 4 # of 4084 to Illinois 3419. Fair enough? :)

• Draft order determined by lotto state, high to low, serpentine.
• Draft will consist of ONE “team” each of the four Eras, db, pre, post, & exp
• Will use 200m default, but limit of 125m – the Cash Available must never be less than 75m
• No players in value less than 1m to be used
• There must be at least 4 players from each of your 4 “teams” on your roster at all times
• You must use a stadium that coincides with one of your 4 “teams”
• No trades allowed, only you have access to the players on your 4 “teams”, and only those players
• DH will be used, 5/10/20 drop
• Divisions will be setup with the traditional 1, 4, 7, 10 in the East, 2, 5, 8, 11 Central, and 3, 6, 9, 12 for the West determined by the draft order
