Why is this taking so long? Are you people out there? Can we institute some kind of time limit? I apologize, but I am getting frustrated at the pace of the two keeper leagues I am involved in. I understand life interrupts things, but let us know. Why aren't people (owners) checking in at least once a day (or every other day - for that matter)? I don't understand.

There are several reasons why these are taking so long:

1) The 2007 game has been out for 6 months now and people are losing interest.

2) It is summertime, and people are outside doing other things, or are on vacation

3) Some here (and in our other league) don't share the same commitment to this game as some of us do.

4) Miscellaneous - forgot about the league, having internet problems, on business trips with no free time, etc.

Even the best of leagues sometimes bog down at draft time, especially in the summer. It is unfortunate that we get no advance warning or explanation, and its equally frustrating that it seems the same individuals are the ones causing the majority of the holdups. All I can say is try and be patient - one way or another this draft will get done and we'll be getting season 2 under way shortly.

In the meantime, perhaps we could work on a deal for Sizemore? :)
