The big downside to having the first pick, of course, is that it seems like forever until you get to pick again. In the meantime, you get to watch all those great players you covet disappear one after another. Weasels! :twisted:

My own preference is to just load 'em, first come first serve. But as always we should let the majority decide.

how about we load em up for the first year and then have some sort of randomizer do the proceeding years so we aren't in the same divisions every year.
