Sixty Dozen I

Drafting 23 men (and a stadium) on Penn's site is working in a couple of other 12-season rotating 1st-pick leagues that I'm in. It does require dropping one person and picking up a couple of scrubs when it comes to loading the teams into TSN.

If not, can we protect a man (on the honor system) and use the waiver period or FA to clean up our draft card. I know that I'll need every $ of my 60 mil to build my team. :lol:

The other two 12 season leagues I have been in draft the 25 man roster. I am against the 23 man roster. However, if a majority of people want the 23 man roster, we'll go with that.

So, state whether you'd like to draft a 25 man roster or the 23 man roster, knowing that certain players will be left off each draft card.

I'm assuming decelo and moriarity want the 23 man roster. I'll pause the draft until we get this sorted out.

Adrian's original choice was for 25 man selections.
It is less complicated.
And, in some small way it might help out the teams at the bottom by leaving a decent player exposed.

Adrian, you have this league quite well organized. It should be fun.

I think it will be interesting to see the teams if we all go for 25 men...how many will try to plan for only 23 players and how many will truly incorporate the full 25 man draft card into their team???

I agree with Bob's sentiments completely. All my other experiences have been the 23-man type, but I'm fine with 25.

But, if you end up with a man who was preordained to be on my Gypsy Kings, don't blame me when your third base coach turns into a six-armed beast that waves all of your 1-8 runners home against -5 outfielders! :shock:

I'm closing this referendum on the 23 man roster. I appreciate the sentiment, but the 25 man roster is easier to deal with.

Rain Delay is over. Let's get on with the draft. Everyone needs to pick the full 25 players. Regardless, everyone will get each player on their draft card.

Sorry, folks--my dad's in the hospital--complications from knee replacement surgery. I think he's going to be okay, but we had a rough day yesterday and today I'm shuttling between home, work, and hospital. I've got a little window of opportunity here, so going to put my team in asap.
