Petrosian's Keeper League Draft Thread -

I put this together last night, but it was on the previous page, so not many saw it, I'm guessing.
OK, after reading all the threads and tallying the voting, this is where I think we stand with all the rules. Petro (or anyone else), please correct if I am in error.
1. We are drafting 9 players and a unique stadium during our live draft phase (10 Rounds).
2. Our first league will use a $120m cap. The subsequent leagues will be $100m, $80m and $60m.
3. All leagues will use the DH.
4. All leagues will have a 20% drop rule
5. We will announce our keepers after the first season. We will be keeping 6 players. Prior to the $60m league, we are allowed to keep between 4-6 players.
6. We are loading at will for the first league, no set divisions. For following seasons, we will determine divisions via a randomizer.
7. Prior to the second season, we will have a Supplemental serpentine draft, in reverse order of the first season standings.
8. We must use the park we draft in this first live draft in all 4 leagues; no changing of parks.
**We've been making good progress with our draft. Possible to get it done today (Thur.). If so, are we going to try and fill by Friday at midnight, so as to start this coming Monday? I will have a brief window where I could enter my team on Friday, either before 8am EST or briefly between 1-2pm EST. After that, I am on vacation with very limited internet access. About an hour each morning, around 9-10am EST, at an internet cafe, except for Sunday, when they are closed. First person to draft his stadium (Munich Man I think) could set up the league once he drafts his stadium, and we could begin to enter. Thoughts?**
